DON'T PURCHASE/DON'T PLAY INTRUSIVE ADS EVEN AFTER PAYING. ads after paying for ad free, can't keep access to paid for categories/themes, support refunded me to a card I no longer have access to and took my ad free access away and now I have no money or ad free game and I bought this ad free last year AND I FOUND OUT I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THAT CARD, AND THEY'RE PETTY Y'ALL SEE THIS RIGHT?! And NOBODY IS PLAYING THE GAME THAT'S WHY NO OTHER COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

Hello, for full transparency, here is your response to our latest email: "OK YAY THANK YOU I hope I still have access to that old card I used to buy it so that I CAN re-purchase it" Why not simply telling us you don't have access to your old card ? We could find another way... Also, no other players reported issue with our no ad feature. Best!

I'll certainly add stars when you tell me how to get rid of the TIPS when it comes to rotating etc. I like the word search just as it is without the tips. If I don't want to use them, the game just freezes. Thank you.

Hello Ruth, the "tips" are only showing up during the tutorial of the game and then they disappear. As per the game freezing up, no other player has complained about it so we are a bit surprised. If you can send us more information (ex: the level when it freezes up, a video etc) at [email protected] we would be really grateful. Thanks a lot!
